If you are looking for a well maintained neighborhood with warm and welcoming neighbors, Coastal Ridge may be the place for you. Coastal Ridge Association is a quiet, pet friendly HOA made up of 136 privately owned villas and townhomes in Largo, Florida.

All owners share equally in the Coastal Ridge Association, Inc. The corporation owns all the streets, main water and sewer lines, and all improvements such as the cabana, swimming pool, and tennis courts. Coastal Ridge Association is governed by Covenants, and Rules and Regulation Standards managed by an elected Board of Directors. All owners are invited to attend Board meetings and are eligible to serve on the Board.

Monthly maintenance fees are required to maintain the service and amenities offered to homeowners by the Association. Maintenance fees cover lawn maintenance, garbage and trash pick-up, water, maintenance of heated swimming pool, tennis courts and exterior buildings. WIFI is available at the pool and cabana area.

The cabana located in the pool area is available by reservation for private parties of residents of Coastal Ridge.

Largo is located in north central Pinellas County with a population of 78,000 and is part of the Tampa Bay Area. Largo boasts of beautiful city parks, a large library, a Performing Arts Cultural Center and a wide variety of shopping.

Coastal Ridge Association residents are 10 minutes to beautiful Clearwater and Indian Rocks beaches. 30 minutes to Tampa International Airport, professional sports, Broadway plays and concerts, and 30 minutes to the Tampa Hard Rock Casino.
